Naturist Coaching & Wellness

Coaching in a Clothing-Optional Format—

When It Feels Right for You

At Healing Bear Collective, all coaching services are also available in a clothing-optional format—offered with care for our nudist and naturist brothers, or for anyone who feels more at ease in a clothes-free space,

whether virtual or in-person.

This isn’t about nudity for nudity’s sake. It’s about creating a container where you can feel more present, more honest, and more yourself—free from the layers (physical and emotional) that don’t serve you anymore.

This Is About You

Whether you’re new to coaching or returning after some time, you’re welcome here just as you are. Healing Bear Collective offers heart-centered, body-positive coaching for GBTQ+ men and allies of all backgrounds and identities (age 21+ please). If you’re craving deeper connection with yourself, looking to make a shift in your life, or wanting to grow with guidance that honors your wholeness—this space was made with you in mind.

Consent and Safety Come First

Every coaching journey begins with an introductory 30-minute consultation, conducted fully clothed. This time helps us get to know each other, clarify your goals, and see if working together feels like a good fit.

If we move forward into sessions, the clothing-optional element is never required—it’s always by mutual agreement and rooted in your comfort and consent. You’re in control of how you appear.

Why a Clothing-Optional Space?

For many, the experience of being unclothed in a supportive setting invites deeper authenticity. It can encourage body neutrality, emotional openness, and a shift away from judgment—offering a unique opportunity for growth. For others, it may simply be about comfort. Either way, clothing-optional coaching is just a framework. The real work is in the connection, trust, and transformation we co-create.

Professional. Respectful. Non-Sexual.

This is not about sex. Period.

Healing Bear Collective holds clear, ethical boundaries and maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any inappropriate behavior. All sessions—clothed or clothing-optional—are rooted in respect, care, and a commitment to your emotional safety.

We also uphold local laws and best practices when it comes to privacy, consent, and coaching professionalism. Your dignity and well-being are always our priority.

You Deserve to Be Seen—Fully

In our work together, emotions may arise. Unexpected physical responses might happen. All of that is welcome here, and nothing is judged.

You’ll find a space that honors your experience, invites your truth, and supports your next steps.

If this resonates with you, I invite you to reach out and schedule your consultation. You don’t need to hide parts of yourself to grow—you just need a space where you can be fully seen.

About Me & Nudism:

How It Became Part of My Journey

Some of my earliest memories are of running around the apartment naked after a bath as a little kid. That freedom, that joy in simply being—without shame or armor—has stayed with me ever since.

I grew up in a six-family building near Red Hook, Brooklyn, and spent most of my life there—from 1977 until 2012. After moving into my own apartment in the mid-90s, I used to joke that I was a “part-time nudist.” The building was drafty, but during New York’s humid summers, sleeping naked became a ritual of comfort and liberation.

In 2011, after my father passed away and we had to sell the family home, I found myself in transition—emotionally and physically. That following year, around Veterans Day in 2012, I checked something off my bucket list: I visited a nudist resort in Palm Springs. I had always wanted to know what it felt like to swim naked, just once. That first visit turned into something more. I went back the next year. The year after, I tried a men-only resort. I was hooked—not on the nudity, but on the sense of ease and connection it brought me.

As I often say now: swimming naked is heaven.

Back home in New York, I joined local nudist groups and found a sense of belonging I hadn’t known I was missing. These communities—diverse, welcoming, and unfiltered—taught me how to feel good in my own skin. They helped me unpack body shame and lean into body neutrality. They gave me tools for self-acceptance, and space to love the man I was becoming.

Nudism and naturism helped me embrace my sexual orientation and understand the kind of life I wanted to live—one rooted in authenticity, connection, and care. What started as a simple curiosity became a powerful part of my personal healing and growth.

In nudist spaces, I’ve met people of every shape, size, background, and story. When no one is hiding, something shifts. It becomes easier to show up honestly. Easier to connect. Easier to love yourself and others without conditions.

That’s the gift nudism has given me—and it’s part of the perspective I bring to my coaching. Not because everyone needs to be nude, but because everyone deserves to feel free in their own skin.
