Naturist Coaching
& Wellness

Healing Bear Collective also offers all the services in a clothing optional format. This is geared for our Nudist and Naturist brothers who want to be clothes free. Whether virtual or in-person.

I am nudist / naturist since 2012 and enjoy the freedom being in this community. Becoming nudist helped me in my body positivity, acceptance, and in so many other ways. It became life transforming.

I offer a coaching experience that’s grounded in the values of naturism—honesty, presence, and freedom from societal masks. This approach invites you to explore personal growth in a space where vulnerability is welcomed and expectations are stripped away—literally and figuratively. By removing the barriers of clothing and convention, we create a setting that encourages deeper self-awareness, open dialogue, and genuine human connection. It's not about appearance or performance—it's about showing up as your truest self, fully seen and supported on your journey.

My method takes the whole person into account—mind, heart, body and soul—much like how naturism promotes a natural and unified view of the individual. This means I work with you to address your goals and challenges in a way that looks at the bigger picture overall. My focus is to address problems in a way that avoids causing unexpected issues. My process is flexible and personalized, with each session tailored to your unique needs and goals..

So contact me to set up an introductory session, I believe you are worthy.

About Me & Nudism

Growing up, I remember running around the apartment naked after a bath as a little kid—that’s one of my earliest memories. From 1977 to 2012, I lived in a six-family building near Red Hook, Brooklyn. In early 1996, I finally moved into my own apartment. The old building, built in the 1880s, was drafty, but during the summer or on hot nights, I always slept naked. I used to joke that I was a part-time nudist. I loved the freedom it gave me.

When my dad passed away in 2011, we had to sell the house, and I temporarily moved into another place. In 2012, around Veterans Day, I decided to try something I’d never done before: visit a nudist resort. It was a bucket-list item I had been curious about for a while, and I also really wanted to swim naked—just once, to see what it was like. So, I traveled to Palm Springs, California, and went to a co-ed nudist resort. I had so much fun that I returned the following year. The year after that, I visited a men-only resort for the first time and loved the experience.

As I like to say, swimming naked is heaven.

Back in New York, I joined several nudist groups, including a non-landed (no permanent location) nudist club.

Being part of these communities helped me in ways I never expected. It taught me body positivity, how to feel comfortable in my own skin, and how to love and care for my body. I learned that I am worthy of love and connection, and it transformed many other aspects of my life. It helped me embrace my orientation and understand the kind of person I wanted to be. Meeting so many different people—each with unique stories—started from a simple desire to swim naked.

Nudism and naturism introduced me to the power of authenticity. In these communities, you meet people of all shapes, sizes, creeds, and orientations—the whole spectrum of humanity. It’s hard not to be your true self when surrounded by others doing the same. It becomes easier to accept yourself and others in such a supportive environment. That is the gift nudism and naturism have given me, and I know there are others who believe in and share this experience.
